Mukesh Shah with an experience of 35 years in the spring industry is heading the company’s strategy and business development. He is known for starting from zero to building a company which has reached heights and has achieved a respectable name in machinery industry. His hard work, determination and persistence has led to formation of Springs Unlimited. In 1986 he had formed his first company with minuscule investment in small area of 80 sq. ft. Within 5 years of inception, company multiplied more than 80 times in terms of revenue and operational area. Springs Unlimited is using his experience, knowledge and business skills for growth. He has an eagle’s eye at the operations of complete product life cycle, right from the raw material arrival to the delivery to customer. His vision is to keep improving with each passing day and reach a level of 100% customer satisfaction.
It was Nikul Shah’s dream to supply springs to OEMs with optimum quality and minimum lead time. His dream and passion shaped into reality named Springs Unlimited. He is a young dynamic leader with focus on vision of the company. He is a passionate engineer with versatile skills. He holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Degrees listing BE (Mechanical), MBA (Operations), MBA (Finance). Adding to his skills he also has an industrial experience of 4 years in Greenfield project of a multinational automobile company. He believes in using Quality tools like Six Sigma and Lean Management which results in reliable and low cost output. Apart from being the Director and Co-founder of the company, he heads design development and operations of the company. His vision is to take Springs Unlimited to greater heights with continual improvement and high customer satisfaction using and implementing various quality tools.
